You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return Costs
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. If the goods delivered are defective or not as ordered, we will bear the return costs.
Refunds
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us or directly to the specified supplier without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
